NEGRONI
Gin, Campari & Sweet Vermouth
32.3%ABV
Approx 7.6 std drinks
Makes 4 cocktails
1. Pour 75ml (a quarter of the bottle) into a large glass.
2. Add ice (roughly 8 cubes) and gently stir with long spoon without breaking ice until cocktail is chilled.
3. Add a few cubes of ice into a short glasses and strain.
4. Add a orange peel twist or wedge of orange and enjoy.
Tequila, Agave & Lime
20.26%ABV
Approx 4.8 std drinks
Makes 3 cocktails
1. Pour 100ml (a third of the bottle) into a cocktail shaker. A protein shaker or large jar will work too)
2. Add ice (roughly 8 cubes) and shake for 10 seconds.
3. Pour all contents into a short rocks glass and enjoy.
4. Fancy a salt rim? run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into salt. Pop the wedge into your cocktail to garnish.
TOMMY'S
MARGARITA
Kahlua, Vodka, Five Senses Coffee
14.40% ABV
Approx 3.3std drinks
Makes 3 cocktails
1. Pour 100ml (a third of the bottle) into a cocktail shaker. A protein shaker or large jar will work too). Dry shake for 10 seconds.
2. Add ice (roughly 8 cubes) and shake again for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a coupe cocktail glass (or wine glass) and enjoy
4. Garnish with coffee beans if desired.
ESPRESSO
MARTINI
Coffee gin, Chambord & Lemon
19.33% ABV
Approx 4.6 std drinks
Makes 3 cocktails
1. Add a few cubes of ice into a short rocks glass. Pour 100ml (a third of the bottle) into glass and gently stir.
2. Top with raspberries and mint if desired.
For a longer drink, top with soda.
BERRY
BRAMBLE
Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Orange bitters, Angostura bitters
34.60% ABV
Approx 8.2std drinks
Makes 4 cocktails
1. Pour 75ml (a quarter of the bottle) into a large glass.
2. Add ice (roughly 8 cubes) and gently stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a short rocks glass, and a slice of orange and enjoy.
